ipod touch device not coming up on moneydance (pc)

Hi

My itouch device is not coming up as a device on moneydance when I attempt to configure on the desktop. I have checked the other questions but they seem to apply to macs. I am running the desktop version on a pc.

   Hi Tania

   Things to check:

   Make sure the ipod Touch is connect to the local network.

   Make sure it is the same local network as the windows PC.

   Make sure the Moneydance app is running on the ipod touch when you click the "Add device" button in the network sync extension on the desktop app.

   Make sure you are running the latest version of the iphone app. currently 1.1.

   Make sure you are runing the latest version of the network sync extension of the desktop. Currently build 6. You can determine the build of an extension by selecting Extesnions->Get info for.

   If your ipod touch has a name that includes spaces change it to a name without spaces. This can be done from the sidebar in itunes.

   Failing that post the ipaddress and netmask of both you ipod touch and you pc. To get this info from you ipod install a free app called "ipconfig". To get this infor from your PC run a command prompt and enter "ipconfig /all" without the quotes.
