I see that there was a ticket written on this a few months ago, but apparently there has been no resolution (?). My computer reads my iPod Touch (version 3.1.3), iTunes reads it, but when I try to sync it to the Moneydance application, following all the instructions properly, MD does not read it. When I click on ADD DEVICE, I am alerted that Moneydance does not recognize any device running MD. Help!

   Just to be clear: I just bought Moneydance two weeks ago and am running MD 2010r3 (750), the most recent update

   Hi Edward

   I am sorry I did not respond sooner. Since Moneydance communicate with the mobile app over you wifi network there are a number of possible causes for why Moneydance cannot detect the device. Please see the following FAQ article:
