<p>Is the account in question by chance marked as inactive? On the
desktop version, open the account and go to Account -> Edit
Account from the menu bar to see if the inactive box is
checked.</p>

Likewise, if you don't
want the "hidden accounts" you mention to appear on your iOS
device, you can mark them as inactive in the desktop version and
they should disappear from view in the next sync. Please let me
