Synching Password doesn't work

I have been trying for quite some time to initiate a synch between my iphone and MD. I cannot get it to work. I have drop box installed along with the iphone app. However, when I am prompted to enter the encryption key (for synching, from the desktop app) the response is always the same:

"Sorry, the password doesn't match"

The password does match. I have tried changing the password and reentering it many times. No change. Please help.

   Hi Brett,

   Can you send us the output of your console log? This can be found by going to Help -> Console window in Moneydance, then clicking the "Copy to clipboard" button and pasting the output to us here.

   Also, can you send us a screenshot of the window that opens when you go to File -> Syncing in Moneydance? Here's how to take a screenshot on Mac OS X:
