I just downloaded Moneydance for iphone. When I synced the iphone, all my accounts were input twice on the iphone. How do I fix this issue?

    Hmmm, this is a pickle. I think the first line of defense would be to delete and re-install the app and see how that goes (also tell Moneydance to forget the device). Please let me know if this does not help and we'll look into other solutions.

    I tried your suggestion (twice). However, it did not work. Accounts are still added twice on the iPhone. I need you to look at other solutions.

    I posted a response. I followed your suggestion. However, it didn't
    work. Accounts are still listed twice on iPhone. One account is
    empty and the other shows the transactions. If this doesn't make

    Hi Mike,

    Sorry for the late response. Trying to clear up pending issues. Has you issue been resolved?

    And are you running version 1.2 of the iphone app and version 9 of the netsync extension?
