    Hello,

    It sounds like you're trying to activate an older version of syncing with mobile devices that we no longer actively support. Please see http://help.infinitekind.com/kb/mobile/syncing-moneydance-2015-with... for instructions on setting up syncing with the current version of Moneydance.
