Your cloud or iCloud?
Does MoneyDance sync via iCloud or do I have to set up an account with you and sync through that? Personally I'd rather use iCloud as I'm already syncing with that?
Secondly - Do you plan to keep developing MoneyDance as I'm getting tired of purchasing and setting up finance apps only to have them disappear?

The Moneydance folks generally recommends dropbox, this can support Mac, Windows and Linux which are the three platforms that Moneydance runs on. As iCloud is an Apple only solution I would envisage this is less attractive option for Moneydance.

Moneydance does not use iCloud. If you want to sync the desktop MD app with the mobile app you have to use Dropbox.
We don't have any plans to stop developing Moneydance. We have been working on Moneydance for over a decade and plan to continue doing so for the indefinite future.
