not working on phione

hi I am having problems with the money dance app on my phone every time I close the app it stops working why is this

   Hi Kevin,

   Sorry for the delay, could you clarify what you mean by it stops working? Is the app failing to close properly, or is something else going on? Can you send us the output of your console log? This can be found by going to Help -> Console window in Moneydance, then clicking the "Copy to clipboard" button and pasting the output to us here.

   Can you also send us a screenshot of the window that opens when you go to File -> Syncing in Moneydance? Here's how to take a screenshot:

   Hi I have the Samsung seven edge if I open the money dance app on any other device it works fine when I open the app on this phone it works after syincro but when i have to start the installation process again before it works again it shows the app has stopped and it will not start again until I have done this
