Hello,
Are these transactions of a certain type that makes them distinct from the others (a transfer between accounts, a certain category, etc.)?

Hi Russell,
I would suggest that you disable and then reenable your Dropbox syncing by navigating to File --> Syncing. You can see the steps for setting up syncing with the mobile app in this article.
If after following the above steps, you are still unable to sync these transactions successfully I would suggest reseting your sync settings and setting up the connection fresh. You can do this by disabling Dropbox syncing in Moneydance via File -> Syncing, then closing Moneydance and, using the Dropbox app or website interface, delete the .moneydancesync folder in your Dropbox folder, then re-open Moneydance and re-enable Dropbox syncing via File -> Syncing, then sign out of Dropbox syncing on the Moneydance app on your mobile device and reconnect and see if your data syncs correctly then.
Please note that if you have any unsynced transactions on your mobile devices then this process will delete any transactions not stored in the main data set. You'll want to manually enter any of these transactions before following the above procedure.
If after reseting the sync settings these transactions still do not sync, please let me know and we can look into further options.
