Is upgrading from MD 2008r4 to 2010 free?
Will upgrading from MD 2008r4 to 2010 be free? If so, how will I be able to verify that when upgrading to MD 2010 I will be getting a licensed version as opposed to a trial version? Thanks

It's free if you purchased version 2008. If you purchased an earlier version and upgraded to 2008, then you'll have to pay the upgrade price, which is half the full price.

I checked your 2010 version and it is extremely similar to the 2008
There is no iCal integration.
There is no Address Book integration.
There is no Invoice possibility.
Reports are same as before.
Would you please let us know what are the difference of the 2s?
