Is there a way to configure the colours used in Money Pie and other extensions?

jameshfxtag:infinitekind.tenderapp.com,2009-01-14:Comment/470519682019-03-09T08:04:29Z2019-03-09T08:04:29ZDark theme and extensions

Hi Jameshfx

I am not support but a user and author of a number of extensions. With
the introduction of the Dark Theme I have had to do some work to make my
extensions to show sensible colours. Unfortunately it is not a
configuration matter but one for the extension author. This means that
there most likely needs to be a different version for MD 2019.

extensions and the dark theme then :)

jameshfxtag:infinitekind.tenderapp.com,2009-01-14:Comment/470519682019-03-15T09:21:42Z2019-03-15T09:21:42ZDark theme and extensions

Hi James,
I'd like to do what I can to help here. The dark mode theme uses the java look-and-feel system so it should be possible to use the built-in UI swing properties (including UIDefaults) to get colours and fonts or just rely on standard swing components.

I think things like money pie and others are probably using hard-coded colours, but I haven't checked. In fact, I think money pie is open source, so I should go ahead and fix that myself.

Thanks,
