Can’t register new version of Money Foresight

My MoneyForesight expired and I have purchased a new one. It won’t let me register it as the registration window does not appear for me to put the code in. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it seems to be locked on my. MoneyDance page and Won’t let me do anything.
I do not have an older version to roll back to so can you help please as I would be lost without it.
