Moneydance Extensions Page
The moneydance extensions page is woefully out of date:

Moneydance itself reports several times more extensions are available - and there are others, e.g. http://www.mennesoft.com/yahooqt/ which don't appear to be known to the system at all - despite 'every extension must be audited and signed by The Infinite Kind before users will be able to load it into Moneydance'

You are correct that this page is out of date. The updated extension pages are available here and third party extensions here.
We are in the midst of a website redesign, and I'll add this to the list of things for our designer to look into. Please let me know if I can be of further assistance,
