<p>I had mentioned to the developer of the CSV Importer that the
version number of his extension was listed as 16 but the installed
version was 15.7.7.</p>

integer. The reasoning is that dealing with the moneydance version
number along with a bunch of multi-level version numbers for
plugins would get overwhelming.</p>
