New version 10 of PayPal Importer extension

Hello Sean,

I have just pushed version 10 of the PayPal Importer extension to GitHub: https://github.com/my-flow/paypalimporter/tree/v10
The changes are summarized in the included changelog at https://github.com/my-flow/paypalimporter/blob/v10/CHANGELOG.md
Could you please publish and sign the latest version?
