Tried to use extract investment transactions for report building. So. While all fields are available and usable I found that your StockGlance2020 extraction would be better suited for my needs but if this csv has columns: security type , APR and maturity date of bonds (other securities). Investment transactions csv would be nice to have improved also. I'm not scripter so only hope that these improvements are possible and wouldn't be too much trouble for you.

dainiusforextag:infinitekind.tenderapp.com,2009-01-14:Comment/577458822023-01-31T17:33:50Z2023-01-31T17:33:50ZReport Writer

Sorry if I am not understanding properly. What exactly are you requesting..?

Do you mean, add all the same fields I just added to extract_investment_transactions to the stockglance2020 extract as well..?

Thanks

Stuart Beesley (Mr Toolbox)tag:infinitekind.tenderapp.com,2009-01-14:Comment/577458822023-01-31T17:34:53Z2023-01-31T17:35:53ZReport Writer

Yes, that's correct. Thus if security a is a BOND in one account and CD in another (for example) and there is one consolidated csv row, then how do I output the extra security info for both?

Stuart Beesley (Mr Toolbox)tag:infinitekind.tenderapp.com,2009-01-14:Comment/577458822023-02-01T07:45:08Z2023-02-01T07:45:09ZReport Writer

Excuse my ignorance in scripting, but as I can see we have all accounts in transactions extraction. I'm not English speaking but try to explain. I'm aware that stocks, mutuals doesn't have maturity date while bonds do. So maybe in csv is we can have bonds maturity displayed and stocks would have null in that cell. You see my idea is to predict moneys available in certain months or weeks for investing after some investments will mature and while I do not see all maturity dates in one report and cannot group or filter or sum them I'm partially blind. It's strange that MD does not have such analytic instrument. Balance predictor could be used for this purpose but for this we need to create reminders while it's doble job because maturity date could be entered when security is added. I hope you understood my English and whole idea.

dainiusforextag:infinitekind.tenderapp.com,2009-01-14:Comment/577458822023-02-01T08:35:23Z2023-02-01T08:35:23ZReport Writer

Ok. It might be easier if you posted a sample excel file of the format you are after.

Forget existing extensions and reports, can you create a small excel and show the columns you are after. Create 2-3 dummy rows of data and any dummy totals.

Upload that and let me take a look
