The name of the bank is Wells Fargo. The exact text error says it a communication or parsing error occurred. It could be the result of a network Error Description: java.net.ssl,SSLHandshakeException: sun.security.validator.V

It does contain my account number but I don’t know what you mean by redact it? The version of MD is 2015.7(1358)

Thanks so much for your help!

I"m not a Wells Fargo client but from what I've read on these forums, you may need to upgrade to the preview build of MD 2017 in order to be able to connect to WF via direct connect again.

Take a look at this post from Moneydance support staffer Ian O
http://help.infinitekind.com/discussions/online-banking/9811-wells-...

A few posts down from there (post # 56) is a link to the preview build.

Safe computing 101 dictates that you make a copy or have a working backup of your data before attempting any upgrade.
OR...
As Ian O points out, you can always manually import your data and skip the upgrade.
