Can't Click on Online > Set Up Online Banking
I'm not sure what to do here.
I am a new MoneyDance user trying to set up automatic downloads between my Chase CC and Moneydance. I have already gone to Chase's website and set it up to allow Direct Connect connections.
When I open MoneyDance and click Online > Set Up Online Banking, nothing happens. The menu just stays open as if I hadn't clicked it. It doesn't take me to the next screen where you choose your bank. In fact, when I click on other menu items on the Online tab, nothing happens with them either although other menu items on other tabs appear to still work.
Troubleshooting Steps:
~ I've restarted the program.
~ I've restarted my computer.
~ I've confirmed my mouse works.

Hi,
Sorry to hear of the issue you have encountered while getting used to Moneydance. Have you selected the account that you wish to set up online banking with? Some options will not be available if an account has not been selected. Selecting the relevant account in your left hand sidebar should allow you to select these options.
If you continue to encounter difficulties, please let me know and we can investigate further.
