online banking--cant get information from my credit cards to Money Dance
When I go into Money Dance and go to the online menu, the command to get the online banking from my Chase and Citibank
credit cards that should be black is greyed out and I can't get my account information transferred to Money Dance. It says I have
the wrong password or pin number.
This function had been working for months and I put in the wrong passwords too many times to both the Chase and Citibank accounts and havent been able to restore this process
However I can get into Bank of America through online -download all accounts.
