Cannot connect online banking

Hey, I am having problems connecting my bank to this program.
I am with westpac in Australia. Is there anyway to get it connceted?

    Direct Connect, in general, is only offer by some U.S. based institutions, largely I think because it is something that Quicken has historically supported.

    Reckon Australia who licensed the Quicken code for adaptation to Australian conditions never had support for this in the versions sold here that I have used.

    I have not had an account with Westpac for some years (since I left the bank) so I cannot comment specifically However, for example in CTBs Netbank you can export account transaction after you login to the bank's website in a number of formats including;

    CSV
    OFX
    QIF (MYOB)
    QIF (Quicken Aust 2004 and earlier)
    QIF (Quicken US 2004 and earlier)
    

    If available I would suggest you try the OFX format, QIF would probably be my next choice.

    I doubt if any Australian institution will ever support direct connect, certainly I know of none that support it today.
