Unable to get Chase to download
Hello,
I have downloaded from the website successfully for some time but now have a problem. I seem to successfully communicate with the site but do not download transactions even though there are a number that are there. I have enabled the Quicken download on the website and have also reentered information in the "set up online banking".

Which version of MD are you running? Help > about moneydance
I also want to confirm that you first disable the online banking for this account then re-established the link.
Do you have any errors when downloading? After the download you should see a message at the bottom of the moneydance window saying "x" transactions downloaded. Did this happen?
Try downloading again then send me your errlog.txt file? If you're using Mac OS X, it should be located at one of these locations within your Home folder:
Library/Containers/com.infinitekind.MoneydanceOSX/Data/Library/Application Support/Moneydance/errlog.txt
or:
Library/Application Support/Moneydance/errlog.txt
If you have any trouble finding your Home Library folder, open Finder and select Go -> Go to Folder and type in:
~/Library
This should pull up your local Library folder.
If you're using Windows, it should be located at:
C:\Users\(yourusername)\.moneydance\errlog.txt

I hadn’t disabled the account as the first step. After doing this things are working.
