Downloading transactions

Hi,
I have been having recurring problems getting to see my downloaded transactions.

I have not had success doing a general downloading of all my accounts. When I manually go to one of my accounts via my bank's online portal, I can see that the transactions are downloaded, however they do not show up in my register.

Is there something wrong with my setup or preferences selection7

Thank you .

    Hi Michel,

I'm not sure why you attached a copy of mdata-v1. This is an encrypted, internal Moneydance file.

    Relevant information is...
What version and build number of Moneydance are you using?
(MD menu bar > Help > About Moneydance)
    e.g. MD 2017.10 (1706)
What financial institution are you attempting to download from?
Have you successfully completed the 'Set Up Online Banking' routine for the account in question.
To a lesser degree, what OS are you using?

    I am using MD 2017.10 (1706)
    I am downloading from CIBC
I have done online banking setup
    I am running Windows 10 Home / version 1803

I have my spend report from 2017. All checked ou A1.

I have not updated the file in a few months, and now when I open the file,
there are only a handful of entries from 2017, whereas there were hundreds
the last time I used the program.

I have succeeded in downloading transactions up till November 9, 2018, but
    nothing since.

Not sure what is going on.

    Michel

Check reconcile, I found they are there but just not displaying in the register.
See if you see the same thing.
