I have been having recurring problems getting to see my downloaded transactions.</p>
<p>I have not had success doing a general downloading of all my accounts. When I manually go to one of my accounts via my bank's online portal, I can see that the transactions are downloaded, however they do not show up in my register.</p>
<p>Is there something wrong with my setup or preferences selection7</p>

<p>I'm not sure why you attached a copy of mdata-v1. This is an encrypted, internal Moneydance file.</p>

What version and build number of Moneydance are you using?<br>
(MD menu bar > Help > About Moneydance)<br>
e.g. MD 2017.10 (1706)<br>
What financial institution are you attempting to download from?<br>
Have you successfully completed the 'Set Up Online Banking' routine for the account in question.<br>
To a lesser degree, what OS are you using?</p>

I am downloading from CIBC<br>
I have done online banking setup<br>
I am running Windows 10 Home / version 1803</p>
<p>I have my spend report from 2017. All checked ou A1.</p>
<p>I have not updated the file in a few months, and now when I open the file,<br>
there are only a handful of entries from 2017, whereas there were hundreds<br>
the last time I used the program.</p>
<p>I have succeeded in downloading transactions up till November 9, 2018, but<br>
nothing since.</p>
<p>Not sure what is going on.</p>
