SSL issues with First Tech Federal Credit Union

Just recently started receiving the dreaded 'No trusted certificate found' from First Tech Federal Credit Union:

A communication or parsing error occurred. This could be the result of a network problem, a proxy error, or misconfigured server.
Error Description: No trusted certificate found

I also recently updated from 2017.9 to 2017.10, but I couldn't tell you with 100% certainty if the two are related.

I suspected that FTCU just rolled out new certificates, but the most recent cert for was issues on June 9th of this year.

    I'm also getting 403 Forbidden with 2019.1. Please tell me if this is getting fixed. Because otherwise I have to figure out how to go back to the older version and I'm not sure what data I will lose! Please help!

    Looks more like a live site issue. Quicken and my custom downloader are failing today. Need more people trying with MD 2017 to confirm or rule out a product regression.

    I can confirm that the download issues returned with the upgrade to 2019.1. I was able to successfully downgrade back to 2017.10 which continues to work without issue (other than the annoying reminder every time I launch it to upgrade to 2019.1).

    I'll boot up a couple of fresh VMs later and test. If I'm lucky, I'll be able to capture fiddler traces of both versions.

    Hm, although I reproduced the "403 Forbidden" issue earlier, I no longer see it with either version.

    I played with it some more today, and now I concur that this is a product regression. The response indicates that the request was rejected at the Incapsula web application firewall.

    It's not super obvious to me where the issue is. The only thing that stands out in a diff is:

    MD2017 sends: <DTPROFUP>20090929
    MD2019 sends: <DTPROFUP>20000101

    I haven't been able to determine if that's the determining factor. (Inconsistent results so far.)

    I am running MD 2017.10(1706) and downloads from FirstTech had been working since their fix in December. Yesterday I rec'd a follow-up to my old open problem ticket from customer service at First Tech, asking if everything was resolved so before answering I checked and lo and behold I can't download again! I receive: The error code reported by the server 2000 General Error. Is anyone else having problems?

    Problem is back for me as well. I am on MD 2017.10 (1706) and get the server 2000 General Error.
    I seemed like First Tech gave a reprieve for a couple of months there to give Infinitekind a chance to update the Moneydance security handshake. Any word on when this will be fixed?

    I am still getting the 2000 General Error. I have contacted MD and First Tech numerous times and have not gotten any useful help.

    Is anyone still seeing 403 Forbidden using 2019.1 with First Tech?
    It works fine with 2017.10.

    After getting 403 Forbidden from using 2019.1, I am getting error using 2017.10 as well.
    Looks like 2019.1 triggered some security rules and First Tech OFX server blocked my ip.

    Same thing is happening to me. I'm getting 403 with 2019.1. I'm still able to download transactions with the last 2018 version. I plan to not upgrade on my laptop to keep being able to download the transactions.

    I know there has been some SSL improvements on the last beta version, is there a plan to release it soon?
