I am testing the trial version of the Moneydance software. One of the function that I need is auto sync with my Canadian bank accounts so that I do not need to manually input the transactions. When I try to use "Online" / "Set up online banking", I cannot find any Canadian banks that I deal with in the list. Specially Toronto Dominion, Bank of Montreal and HSBC. I wonder if the Moneydance supports Canadian banks and investment institutions.

I am not support staff, just a user.

Its my understanding that Direct Connect is only supported by US banks, it is not supported in the rest of the world. However, most banks in the world do provide there customer with the option to down load transaction files from there online accounts which can then be imported into Moneydance. Hope this helps
