Not Able to Establish an Online Banking Connection with CitiCards

I am trying to establishing an online banking connection with CitiCards so I can download monthly statement transactions directly from the bank each month. Although CitiCards is one of the institutions listed, and although I have confirmed my userID and password, I get a grayed in screen after I put in my login information. CitiBank says they have no information on Money Dance so they are not sure their services are compatible with MD.

I have successfully established a similar connection with Chase with some other credit cards we have, by the way. So perhaps the problem is with the fact that it's CitiBank?

Anyone have any ideas? Thanks for your help.

    I too am having this issue, or very similar. With my previous MoneyDance version 2017 starting around Nov 26 I could no longer download transactions from CitiCards. It worked fine until then. After the holidays I've to figure this out and one of my steps was to download the latest Mondeydance but that did not work either. So I removed Online Banking from this account and just tried to read it. But I get a similar issue as Barbara M notes above where I can not select Online banking (See attached). I called Citi Cards and they say nothing has changed in the account to prevent downloads. Is this Moneydance or Citibank issue?
