    Hi Kevin,

    Thank you for contacting us.
Could you send me the contents of your error console?  Here's how to get the logs:

    1)  In Moneydance, click on the Help menu and select the Console Window option.  This will open the console messages window.
    2) While the Console Window is open, attempt to connect to your bank.  Any error messages should be recorded to the Console.
    3) Select all of the text in the Console and use the "Copy to Clipboard" button at the bottom to copy the text.
    4) Paste the text from the message window into a text file (preferably saved with a .txt extension) and attach that file to your response here.

The debugging logs that this produces will contain your account information.  I've made sure that this conversation is private, so the info won't be broadcast to the world, but just to be safe you should redact any account info in the debug logs.  Just replace it with something like "ACCOUNT NUMBER HERE" and it should be fine.

One option we can try is:
Create a new data file, to do so open Moneydance and click on File > New > Create New Data File.
Then in the new data file, create the Bank of America bank account.
Select the newly created account from the sidebar (highlight) and click on Online->"Setup Online Banking" menu item and then click on the Advanced Setting button.
    Use the settings below

    Institution ORG: HAN
    Institution ID: 5959

Issue was with JavaFX running on Linux Systems.

Using the workaround described I updated the Linux shell script to this and it resolved the problem.

    Added parameter was "-Djdk.gtk.version=2"

    $INSTALL4J_JAVA_PREFIX exec "$app_java_home/bin/java" -client -Dinstall4j.jvmDir="$app_java_home" -Dexe4j.moduleName="$prg_dir/$progname" "--add-modules" "javafx.swing,javafx.controls," "-Dinstall4j.launcherId=4" "-Dinstall4j.swt=false" "-Djdk.gtk.version=2" "$vmov_1" "$vmov_2" "$vmov_3" "$vmov_4" "$vmov_5" $INSTALL4J_ADD_VM_PARAMS -classpath "$local_classpath" com.install4j.runtime.launcher.UnixLauncher launch e5bf2da3 0 0 Moneydance "$@"
