It Doesn't Work

Your software won't allow me to connect to my credit card account online. It gives me a 2005 error and tells me to talk with my investment advisor. This is a credit card. I just need to download transactions.

Hi John,
What financial institution is the card issued from? Maybe someone can offer some pointers once we know.
Oftentimes, the financial institution will require that you authorize your account for direct-connect access. You can usually do so online.
Sometimes, logging into their OFX servers will require a separate set of credentials from logging on to their website.
