I keep getting message "Maximum invalid signon count exceeded. Please contact your financial institution for assistance". I can go to my Bank website and log in with n0 problem.

    Banks' systems for direct connections (the protocols Moneydance uses to directly talk to your bank) are almost always separate from their website systems, and have their own lockout systems. From the error message, it sounds like you've tried to connect with invalid information too many times in Moneydance, and the bank has locked you out. You'll have to contact them and ask them to reenable direct connections for that account.

    I'd also recommend clarifying your connection information as long as you have them, since one usually isn't locked out like that unless you've tried to connect several times with the wrong password. Sometimes this is the same information as you use to log into your bank's website, but often it uses a different username and password.
