Does chase not support the new way of connecting to banks that I am paying for

Chase discontinued OFX downloads (which is built into Moneydance) a few months ago.
Moneydance partnered with Plaid (an aggregator) to provide the "new way" banks are providing information to customers (i.e. only through aggregators). Plaid charges Moneydance for this, which is why MD+ is an (optional) subscription program for those who want to continue automatic downloads with banks who don't (or no longer) support OFX.

Thanks and I am a happy customer in relation to connecting my money dance business account with Bank of America. My question is do you know if Plaid works to access Chase. I'm not able to make it work.

I have about 12 Chase credit cards, and was very concerned when Chase dropped OFX... but they all transferred to MD+ and I download them each day.
Can you describe what you can't make work?

What version of Moneydance are you using, and on what platform (Mac/PC/Linux)

I get to plaid page. Select Chase. Sends me to log in page for Chase. I log in and get this page

just a user - looks like chase (connection) links are down?
Has it been like this for a long time? or just yesterday or today?

just a user - hmmm... I clicked Chase Bank, and Plaid took me to this url:
https://secure09ea.chase.com/web/auth/thirdparty/authorize?response_type=code&client_id=PLAID_MONEYDANCE&scope=aggregator&redirect_uri=https%3A%2F%2Fcdn.plaid.com%2Flink%2Fv2%2Fstable%2Foauth.html&state=v2.73ba3f49-148c-4a0f-8855-e78ffd7441c7.0.0&code_challenge=4sjq2FhlwPlh2HBqHuymWVr2r-lcPAuIIDdvjBRGCTw&code_challenge_method=S256#thirdpartyaccess/index;clientId=PLAID_MONEYDANCE
I logged in, and came to this:

I notice the link you went to says "legacy" in the url - maybe that's part of the problem?
And no, I have no idea how to fix that. That's about Chase - not moneydance.
Maybe you are using an older Chase website version somehow?
