Michigan One Community Credit Union upgraded their online system
I bank with Michigan One Community Credit Union
When I setup Moneydance online, I was able to search for and find this bank. Upon entering my username and password, I was able to link to my checking, savings and money market accounts.
M1CCU upgraded their online banking system and required that I change my username and password. I disconnected and deleted my connection to m1ccu in moneydance online and then attempted to reconnect with my new logon credentials. I could not establish a connection.
I notice that my m1ccu site has a splash screen now appearing when I logon to their online banking and wonder if the Plaid listing of the Michigan One Community Credit Union Site needs to be updated??

Hi Tim,
Thank you for contacting Moneydance support.
Is this the correct URL: https://www.netbranch.app.fiserv.com/m1ccu/Default.aspx for Michigan One Community CU? This is the one shown on Plaid.
If so, you may want to try upgrading to the latest preview version. This should hopefully fix the problem for you.
Moneydance 2023.2 (5007) is now available to download from this page. This is a free upgrade for you!
You should remove the older version and restart Moneydance!
Finally, navigate to Online->Set up Moneydance+ and where it reads "Connected" on the right, click and select disconnect in the popup - restart Moneydance!. Then try to recreate the connection as outlined in this article of the Knowledge Base called Connect Accounts with Moneydance+.

Hello Maddy,
I upgraded Moneydance as you instructed.
I had already disconnected and removed my old connection to Michigan One Community Credit Union.
I found my credit union on the plaid screen, entered my username/password information and tried to connect to the server.
Result continues to be:
"The Credentials you provided were incorrect.Check that your credentials are the same that you use for this institution."
My credentials allow me direct access to my credit online server with no difficulty.
Thank you for your response and assistance.
P.S. I was able to connect to my credit union through Moneydance/Plaid just fine prior to the software upgrade my institution undertook last week. Neither my old username/password combo nor my new username/password combo now allow me access through Moneydance/Plaid.

You might need to re-allow third party access from the bank's website for each account individually, especially if your bank changed your log in information.
That being said, if the problem persists, please send us the contents of your console log, from when you're trying to connect to Michigan One Community Credit Union via Moneydance+ and we will refer your query directly to Plaid support for further advice.
Here's how to get the logs:
1) In Moneydance, select Help > Console Window. This will open the console messages window.
2) While the Console Window is open, attempt to connect to your bank using Moneydance+. Any error messages should be recorded to the Console.
3) Select all of the text in the Console and use the "Copy to Clipboard" button at the bottom to copy the text.
4) Paste the text from the message window into a text file (preferably saved with a .txt extension) and attach that file to your response here.

Hello Maddy,
My credit union called back and said that they had increased their site security. Additionally, they say the no longer use Plaid and that they now use "Zelle."
I don't know how these access agreements work between 3rd party software and the banking institutions.
Does this pretty much mean I will no longer be able to link to my credit union account info to MoneyDance ??

For the time being, I can only confirm that Plaid is looking into the issue and unfortunately they are unable to confirm an ETA for its resolution.
Also, I believe that Zelle is used for Online Bill Payments and having implemented this may not be directly linked with the issue you are seeing.
Lastly, we'd recommend importing your data manually for the time being. You can download it using the OFX or QFX file format, if available. If not, use the QIF file format. (These files are sometimes referred to as Quicken or MS Money files). You can import the files to Moneydance using File --> Import.
The steps for manually importing your data are outlined in this article from the Knowledge Base.
