Stop automatic download

I clicked on Forget Passwords and Disables Online Banking for all accounts, yet MoneyDance continues to download ending with the pop up window asking for the password for one of those accounts. How can I possibly stop this nonsense?

   Select the account in question.

   Then select "Online > Setup Online Banking > Disable"

   Ofx/DC?

   Run toolbox extension. Update mode. Then try the option to remove banking profile. Also the cleanup banking links option.

   In order to stop automatic downloads, you should clear the current connection information still stored within the program.

   To achieve this, please navigate to Extensions->Manage Extensions and install the Toolbox (v.1058)

   Launch the Toolbox and select the Update Mode (on the top row)

   Then, navigate to Menu: Online Banking (OFX) Tools
   In the resulting window, under Update Functions you should select :

   Delete OFX Banking Service / Logon profile (remove_one_service.py)

   Finally, restart Moneydance

   Hi Younger,

   Untick the option in Preferences on the Network tab to 'Automatically Download in Background'.
