Issues connecting to RBC Royal Bank
Running the latest 2023.2 (5007) build.
I've been having problems lately with retrieving txn from RBC Royal Bank. I went in and removed all their MD+ entries and re-added, authenticated successfully and linked the accounts.
However, when I try to download, the dialog window asks how far back to go but then I receive this error message:
Received error from Plaid request: Response{protocol=h2, code=400, message=, url=https://mdplus.infinitekind.com/plaid/transactions/get}
parsed error: ErrorResponse{displayMessage='null', errorCode='PRODUCT_NOT_READY', errorMessage='the requested product is not yet ready. please provide a webhook or try the request again later', errorType='ITEM_ERROR', requestId='DKgPjuvNa93SQsT'}

This error seems to have resolved itself overnight, so I'll close this discussion.
