JP Morgan transitioned all prior E*trade account to new numbers reflecting their acquisition. Account downloads now appear to be broken. Any chance the downloads may work again in the future?

With new numbers, you have to attach the new numbers to your Moneydance accounts. That's the way to make your downloads work again.

    Hi,
Thank you for contacting Moneydance support.

I can see you’ve received a reply from one of our knowledgeable Moneydance customers, and the information you’ve been given is correct.

You should simply edit the account in Moneydance to change the account name/number.
Only if the connection was to stop working, you could then recreate it by using JP Morgan, but please only do this when required as it’s likely to result in a load of duplicates that you'll need to handle (as the transaction IDs for JP Morgan transactions won’t match the IDs for the transactions already downloaded from E*Trade).

I hope this information is helpful. Please let us know if you have further questions or need more assistance.
