BP Credit Card
Does anyone have the BP card working with Plaid?? Since the bank changed from Synchrony to FNBO I am unable to make it work. It doesn't appear that Plaid has updated the web address. Anyone?? Thanks.
Does anyone know how to get Plaid to fix this??

Hi,
We are sorry to hear about the problem you have encountered.
In their latest update Plaid Support stated:
Since the initial submission of this ticket, the integration for First National Bank of Omaha has been significantly updated which should have addressed your initial issue. Please kindly request the user try and link their account once more. If they are still facing issues, please provide us the latest request_id or link_session_id. We'd be more than happy to investigate further from there
If the problem persists, after re-creating the connection as indicated in this article
Please send us a copy of your Moneydance error logs. The logs should include information on what might be causing the issue.
They are saved on your computer as an errlog.txt file. You need to navigate to:Local Disk(C:)>Users>Your Name>.moneydance>errlog.txt
Finally you can copy the full content into your next reply here
I've set this thread to 'Private' for the purpose.

That is the problem-I can not create the connection to the FNBO bank. When BP credit card is selected in the financial institution window, it still shows synchronybank.com as the financial web address underneath. That is not the correct bank address, which is https://www.card.fnbo.com, so when I try to log on it fails. This is a different logon with different login credentials from the regular FNBO bank login, which works fine with Plaid.
Thanks for your help with this.

Maybe I just don't understand the situation, but other aggregators like Empower/Personal Capital are able to access transactions from FNBO and others while Plaid cannot. Plaid appears to have multiple problems with multiple institutions, and they are very slow or unable/unwilling to fix them. For example, see my post (https://infinitekind.tenderapp.com/discussions/online-banking/19910-md-with-bp-credit-card) that was two years ago. I just cannot believe that this cannot be fixed. Two years is too long for this to go on. Maybe we need a better way? Thanks.

Hi Maddy,
According to Plaid support, BPme Rewards Visa has recently changed online banking providers, so they'll need to make an adjustment to their existing integration in order to support their new website provider. Sadly this is the reason you are unable to access your BPme Rewards Visa account through the First National Bank of Omaha integration.

I will make one final comment about Plaid, and don't take this personally, but the financial institution changed a while ago. Please reread my previous posts. Plaid is misleading you- this is not a recent change. FNBO is still the bank that services the BP card and has been for a while-over a year. Empower(Personal Capital) is able to aggregate the transactions as of yesterday. Moneydance needs a better partner to do business with. Thanks.

"According to Plaid support, BPme Rewards Visa has recently changed online banking providers, so they'll need to make an adjustment to their existing integration in order to support their new website provider."
So, I guess Plaid is unwilling to update a simple thing like a web address to make this integration work. This should be unacceptable in today's environment.
