Costco Citi Visa Stopped Downloading
Hi all, your assistance would be greatly appreciated. I'm not sure what changed but all of a sudden Costco Citi Visa stopped downloading transactions. I've checked to see if Citi's third party desktop access was still enabled for MoneyDance, MD also show's it's connected in Setup/Accounts. Did the Reset Sync Date but posted updates are still not downloading. The taskbar will indicate something like "Zero new transactions (of 20 downloaded)..." What makes this worse is I left Quicken for MD because Costco Citi didn't sync well. :(

Are you using OFX direct connect or Moneydance+? What version and operating system?
Moneydance+ can have a delay of 3-7 days (depending on weekends/holidays etc.) whereas OFX is usually more immediate.
The fact you have Zero new transactions (of 20 downloaded) shows you are connecting and getting transactions downloaded (but they are considered duplicates).
Moneydance of course can only process what the bank sends. Have you gone to the bank website to see what's posted, and what seems to be missing?
Once you post which download method you are using, better directed advice can be given.

Hi dtd, thanks for responding. Here are the responses to your questions.
I'm using Moneydance+ and the OS is Windows 11 and I'm currently using Moneydance v2024_5118 but this was also happening in versions v2024_5117 and v2023.3.0_5064.
In regards to the 20 duplicates, as a test I deleted anything resembling the transactions and they did not download. Prior to the issue, Moneydance would download and put a blue circle in the transaction description even if it thought it was a duplicate then I would need to confirm or merge the transactions. It doesn't even do that now.
Yes I went to the bank services and determined all posted transactions after 4/08/2024 Mondeydance is not downloading. It's like it stopped. Other transactions from other banks are downloading as normal using Moneydance+.

I see the same issue with the same card. MacOS, Moneydance 2024.1 (5118), Moneydance+ service.
I tried disconnecting the account, which worked. Then I reconnected, which also worked. I received confirmation emails from Citi. But no downloads.

kuryan.thomas, instead of just disconnecting/reconnecting in MoneyDance connection setup remove then go to your Citi access apps and remove it there also. Then in the Citi access apps enable the access again, go to your MoneyDance connection setup and add it again. When I did these steps it seems to have started downloading again for me.

Thank you, I can confirm this worked.
I deleted the Citi app from my phone, disconnected from Citi in Moneydance+, then added the app back to my phone and logged in, then connected again in Moneydance+.
