Can't download transaction

I purchase the option to be able to download transaction from my financial institution. Log on to my bank online and gave permission to access my accounts. However, when I click on the account download icon, i get a popup asking again if I want to connect via Moneydance.
This takes me through the same routine over and over but no downloads.
What now?
