Account no longer linking to back
I have used MoneyDance for many years, and I love it! However, recently, I began to notice that three of my accounts that are at the same bank are no longer syncing. These are three accounts at Truist Bank. The rest of my accounts are.
To try and rectify the situation, I "disconnected" the Truist Bank connection. Now, I cannot reconnect for some reason. However, if I tried to connect with Truist Band using my business accounts login, I can get in. Yet, I do not mix my business and personal account. So, I use a business accounting program for my business accounts. I am just saying that MoneyDance will not connect to my personal accounts at Truist Bank. See the error code I get when I try to login into Truist with my personal account info.
Can you offer a solution?

(im a user) From my recollection, Truist is having a lot of issues over the last couple of months. Truist is going to have to figure out what they want to share with users via OFX or through aggregators.
You may want to call and ask Truist what is going on, but I doubt it will be a satisfying conversation.

I too am having the same issue with Truist. I have 2 files one for personal and 1 for business. The personal file, no Truist accounts, connects perfectly, even Schwab. :) The business account, only Truist accounts, will not connect. See Screenshot 2024-06-27. Searching the Truist website produces no information. The link on the download page to "truist.com/quicken" resolves to a page extolling the benefits of their phone app. After tweaking, I am able to import the csv file I downloaded but it's not nearly as nice as using Moneydance+.
I did find a pdf searching through google that referred to buying direct connect for the steep price of $14.95 a month. Must I buy this to download transactions once a month??
