Plaid Internal Error Occurred?
Trying to create a new Plaid connection (any bank) gives "Internal Error Occurred" error today Happens in multiple MD files. Is this a Plaid problem or MD? Any logs I can check to troubleshoot?

Are you trying to assert something new, or just verifying all the previous posts?

We are sorry to hear about the problem you have encountered.
Please be assured that we have escalated the case to Plaid support and we've requested full production access to prevent such issues from re-occurring. Plaid are currently looking into it and hopefully they will enable this shortly. Unfortunately we are unable to provide an ETA at present as we are still awaiting their reply.
We will post on this thread as soon as we have more information.

Just tried it this morning and, lo and behold, got the text confirmation and was able to add an account!
Would really like a full explanation from IK/Plaid about what went wrong and how it has been fixed.

Yes, it worked for me just now, yay. Thank you to MD people for working what was surely a complicated issue with Plaid. Thank you to non-MD people who provided support on this thread.

Although we are now able to add new accounts, MD+ can now only download 90 days of data instead of 24 months. Created a new discussion: https://infinitekind.tenderapp.com/discussions/online-banking/12492...
