I get to:Let's get your Moneydance file KarpBusiness 2-20211107-1016 ([email blocked]) connected!
The Plaid Link interface should appear momentarily, or you can click here to re-launch it to connect more accounts.
But upon selecting USAA I immediately get a "something went wrong" message.
When I try to connect to Berkshire Bank, I get the same message after I submit my login and password to the Berkshire site.

Please help me troubleshoot. I'm an old Moneydance customer, but just today customer for Moneydance+

Thanks,

--RK

This is to confirm that linking new accounts via Moneydance + should work as expected now. So, you can proceed to connecting and assigning your accounts as outlined here.

Please let us know if you have further questions or need more assistance.
