Subject: Issue with Moneydance+ and Plaid Connection

Hello Moneydance Support,

I am experiencing an issue with Moneydance+ where I am unable to connect to my financial institutions through Plaid. Each time I attempt to connect, I am redirected to Plaid's website and receive an error message stating "something went wrong, internal error occurred, exit," and the process does not complete.

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue so I can successfully use Moneydance+ for my transaction downloads? Any guidance or steps you could provide would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your assistance.

I am also having the same issue. Can't add any financial institutions. I've had this problem for several days.

The plaid status site (status.plaid.com) indicates they have been up all this time. They did shut down the development environment June 20. Maybe there are issues migrating to the production api.

Is there anyone that can still add financial institutions to Moneydance plus?
