Cannot setup bank on plaid. just get ""something went wrong" an internal error occured
Win 10- MD- 2024
Going through the initial money dance + set-up and tried to add my bank. Found it on the list and entered the log in information and got the "something went wrong" message. logged in on my browser ( chrome) with the same credentials and was fine. Tried changing to a different default browser ( edge), with the same result.
any help appreciated thanks

There is a current problem between Moneydance and the aggregator (Plaid) that is causing problems when trying to create a new connection, the issue is being investigated.
You can find many topics in the Online Banking forum discussing this.

Any update on this issue? I just purchased and subscribed but cannot use the software.

Some issues have been identified at the Plaid end of the link, these have been elevated to Plaid so we are really waiting for them to respond. Another user has reported that another application he uses also makes use of the Plaid service and they are seeing some similar problems.

I got the message that my link to LPL has expired. I am unable to re-link LPL Finacial for over two weeks now. I get the the error "Something went wrong". My Schwab is working fine. Is there a number or email that I can contact Plaid directly? Is Plaid going to credit us for the time that the service is not available?
