Please add Beneficial State Bank to your Moneydance connectable banks.
(Reference: "If your financial institution has advised they support OFX Direct Connect access, but they are not shown on the supported list - please contact us."

On their Online banking site, they support exporting (downloading) files in: CSV, QIF, QFX, and several others.
I performed a QFX download of transactions for 1/1/2024 to 7/17/2024 to check it out.
Internally it seems to be OFX (with a few Quicken fields). Below is their QFX data file (18 lines) and attached as text file a small portion (personal info has been redacted).

You can import the file you have downloaded into Moneydance today, the software has always supported the import of downloaded files in this format, as well as QIF, some CSV files etc, nothing extra is needed in Moneydance to support any specific bank in this way.
OFX Direct Connect is an automated download that the institution needs to provide the infrastructure in order for this method to be supported. Support will need to investigate if the bank is providing support for this.

Thank you for contacting Moneydance support.
Currently, Moneydance supports automatic downloads using Direct Connect or Moneydance +.
Although Beneficial State Bank do not seem to support Direct Connect, they do support Moneydance +.
Moneydance + is a premium service that requires a subscription.
Without Direct Connect and Moneydance +, you are still able to easily import your data into the program using the OFX or QFX file format, if either of these are available from your bank's website. If not, you can use the QIF file format.Please find the steps for manually importing your data in this article.
