I have successfully connected to my financial institution (mrcooper.com) and can see my mortgage loan in MD.

When I try to link to an account, the only three accounts in the drop down are my credit card accounts. I have set up a loan account for thie mortgage, but it is not offered to link.

Am I doing something wrong here?

Mortgage accounts in Moneydance cannot be linked online. In Moneydance repayments to these accounts are driven by a special type of reminder so you do not download transactions to them, they are an automated account with limited user involvement.

If you want to manage it manually you could look at setting it up as a Liability Account in Moneydance

Thanks for the answer. I am seeing if I can move from Quicken. I thought Quicken could link but the last update was 12/2023.

    Not a showstopper.
