Invalid error message when trying to connect to Capital One
When I try to re-link Capital One it tells me, after I successfully sign in, that my user ID is incorrect. Another failure of MoneyDance to connect and why it is not worth paying for.

Sad that you always immediately blame Moneydance. There are multiple places where this can go wrong - the bank is often the issue.
Since you "know" it is Moneydance's fault, I won't bother exploring where the issues are (yes, it can be MD fault, but not usually, since Moneydance works well with banks, if they can work with the banks at all.)
and I am not MD support, I'm another user, like you are.

DTD, if you can't help with the issue best you don't post anything.
