can't connect with American Express
Wondering if others are having trouble connecting with AMEX to download transactions? Started a couple days ago and hasn't resolved. Message on screen:
"There was an error communicating with your financial institution. The details of this error are below.
The error code reported by the server was: 0"
Is anyone else experiencing this? Thanks

MG - as dwg said, move to the other thread. I do have one question, given error 0 (versus 503 which ofx users are getting) are you trying to download with MD+ or OFX?
Please answer in the other link to minimize thread bloat. Thanks.

Hi,
Thank you for contacting Moneydance support.
I believe you might be connecting via Moneydance +.
If so, you should navigate to the bank's website to check that your accounts are individually enabled for third party access and they do not require a one-time authorization password, for instance.
You should also ensure that your accounts are assigned as described in this article.
Finally, if you have a firewall, VPN, antivirus software or any other software that might be blocking Moneydance's access to the internet, you could try disabling it and see if you're able to connect then.

I’ve connected to the American Express thread and have opted to use MD+. It’s been ok. But can you please help me get off the thread. I’ve tried to find the answer of how to do that but can’t. Brian S on the thread posted a link and said browse here and unsubscribe but the link (MG -browse here and click Unsubscribe.
