American Express downloads broken (new!)
I read the thread about AmEx downloads being broken and just fixed, but I tried to re-establish online banking for my AmEx account (I had disabled earlier when it was broken) and I'm still getting my original error:
There was an error communicating with your financial institution. The details of this error are below.
The error code reported by the server was: 0

Error code of 0 indicates you are not connecting.
This could be due to no 3rd party permissions set, wrong username, wrong password, picking the wrong bank, probably other reasons.
what version of moneydance and what platform?
I'm assuming you are using OFX versus MD+...

Ah, thanks. I had apparently re-entered my username wrong when starting over with the online banking. All is fine now.
