URGENT: Mid Hudson Valley FCU Update
Hello,
I just received word from my credit union, MHVFCU, that they are planning a major software update. It looks like it will be a new software platform, which is why I'm opening this ticket.
From the attached documentation, it does appear Quicken and Quickbooks are impacted. Therefore, I would assume the same for MoneyDance.
Please investigate the upcoming MHVFCU software migration, determine any impact to MoneyDance users, and update your interfaces as need to assure uninterrupted service.

Thanks for making us aware of these upcoming changes.
For your downloads to keep working in Moneydance, the bank will need to keep supporting OFX Direct Connect (not Web Connect or Expres Web Connect). I have read through the documentation - I couldn't see anything that specifically says this service will be removed, so hopefully we can maintain the connection with Mid Hudson Valley FCU.
Until the changes are completed and live, we can't amend the connection in Moneydance. We need to see the new connection details so that we can update accordingly. Once we've made a connection change, it's usually available in Moneydance within 24 hours.
At this time, is the connection still working so you're able to download transactions? If so, let us know as soon as that changes. Also, provide details of any error messages or error codes you see.
In the meantime, I will keep an eye on the connection and check for new connection details.
