Good morning, I am trying to sync MoneyDance with Capital One to download my transactions. I cannot get it to download for anything. Any suggestions?

    just a user,

They don't accept direct downloads anymore. You just need to login to their web page, Click "I want to", select Download Transactions, Select File Type QFX, Custom Date range as needed, then click Export.

Currently, Moneydance supports automatic downloads using Direct Connect or Moneydance +.

Since Capital One no longer support Direct Connect, if you wish to obtain automatic downloads you could consider subscribing to Moneydance +.

Without Direct Connect and Moneydance +, you are still able to easily import your data into the program using the OFX or QFX file format, if either of these are available from your bank's website. If not, you can use the QIF file format. Please find the steps for manually importing your data in this article.

I hope this information is helpful. Please let me know if you have further questions or need any assistance.
