When I connect ot Citizens Bank - not all accounts show up to link
I had this linked but recently as Nov 2024 , my personal accounts don't show up to link when I re-connect the bank. There's 4 total , only 2 business accounts are in the list to link

Hi Mark,
We are sorry to hear about the problem you have encountered.
If you had them linked in the past, I believe the local accounts exist within Moneydance and they show in the left side bar. If this is correct, then I would suggest navigating to the bank's website to check that your accounts are individually enabled for third party access and they do not require a one-time authorization password, for instance.
Lastly, you should also ensure that your accounts are assigned as described in this article.
